Fall 2009 Open Studio Tour Registration

Complete the form below to begin the registration process. Registration is complete when we receive both your form data and payment.

Deadlines and Fees:

$45 early bird fee for registrations paid on or before 4:00 pm July 16, 2009.
$55 fee for registrations paid between July 11 and 4:00 pm August 3, 2009.
Deadline, including payment, for all registrations is 4:00 pm August 3, 2009.
Unpaid registrations will be deleted after the deadline.

Interested artists without internet access may register at the TPAC office (address above). TPAC also offers hard copies of this information and assistance with online registration and image submission by appointment. Call 520-624-0595, extension 10, to make an appointment or for more information. All deadlines apply, so please arrange for assistance early.

The studio contact information you provide below will be published both online and in the printed program, so please double-check for accuracy. A $15 fee will be assessed for each requested change to the information you submit.

Mapping:

If there is any question about the location of your studio, please mark your studio location on a map and mail it with your check. You can photocopy a street map or a previous studio tour map, or draw a map. If your location was correct last year, there's no need to send a new map.

submitting images:

Please upload an image file along with your registration. Images should be of recent artwork, not previously used for open studio promotion.

Images must be at least 300 pixels per inch, between 3" and 6" on the shortest side. TIFF or JPEG format.

Please submit images of artwork only: no frames, people standing with the art, or studio views.
